The 2020 Annual Business Meeting was postponed in May due to Covid-19. The meeting has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. We invite members and non-members to attend this meeting to learn about the health of BVBC and hear updates from various ministries. 

The Annual Business Meeting is when we vote to approve the budget for the next fiscal year (September-August). A letter will be sent via postal mail to members and regular attenders outlining the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
