Created For Connection is an interactive two-day couples workshop. Whether your relationship is healthy and you are looking to grow together, or whether you are experiencing disconnection and conflict, this powerful workshop will help you create deeper connection with your partner. You will learn to identify and stop the negative cycle that all couples can get caught in, and create new patterns of relating that are based on the fact that we are created for connection—to God and to each other.

Robert Fair, LPC is a licensed therapist who earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Temple University and holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Eastern University.
Prior to starting his counseling practice in 2018, Bob served for 5 years with ServingLeaders Ministries as a staff counselor. During this time, Bob obtained certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy from ICEEFT. Bob also worked as a full-time mental health counselor in the Outpatient Program of Horizon House in Philadelphia before joining ServingLeaders Ministries. At Horizon House, Bob was trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Unipolar and Bipolar Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders and Schizophrenia from the University of Pennsylvania and the Beck Initiative. Bob has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and teens from a variety of cultures. He is also an experienced group therapist.
Bob lives in Plymouth Meeting with his wife, Terri, and they have three adult children.
Dave Wiedis is the founder and Executive Director of ServingLeaders Ministries; a ministry that focuses on serving and ministering to pastors, ministry leaders, and their families; and SL Counseling; a counseling service for non-ministry leaders. He is a counselor, attorney, and teacher. Having witnessed firsthand the pressures of ministry and the devastation to families and churches that results from the lack of pastoral care for ministry leaders, Dave cares deeply for the Body of Christ and has been serving ministry leaders for many years.
Dave attended Villanova Law School and has been an attorney for over thirty years. He also has a Masters’ Degree in Christian Counseling from Cairn University. In addition to providing personal and marriage counseling at ServingLeaders Ministries, Dave serves as an adjunct professor at Cairn University and Missio Seminary, and regularly speaks at churches, pastors’ conferences and retreats.
Dave is married to Miho Kahn, a performing and visual artist and interior decorator. They live in West Chester, PA and have two adult children.
