GriefShare is a special weekly seminar/support group for anyone grieving the death of someone close. It’s a place where you can be around people who understand how you feel and the pain of your loss. At GriefShare, you’ll learn valuable information that will help you through this difficult time in your life.
Each week your GriefShare group will watch a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. After viewing the video, you and the other group members will spend time as a support group discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in your lives. Each week is a self-contained so you do not have to attend the sessions in sequence.
Surviving the Holidays
The holiday season can be a challenging time of year. This might be the first holiday after the death of a loved one, or maybe it’s the second, third or beyond. The Surviving the Holidays video can help lessen the emotional impact by informing you of what to expect and being prepared. Join us on Tuesday, November 9 at 1 p.m. or 7 p.m. for the viewing of this video. The video gives you tools to not only survive the coming holidays, but to also face them with a measure of peace and assurance. No registration is required.
