Alpha
Alpha is a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no-pressure environment.
Alpha takes place across six sessions with the option of a day away in the middle.
How does it work?
Each session includes food, a short talk and a discussion where you can share your thoughts.
What if I try it and don’t like it?
If at any point you decide Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
Dates and times
Every Sunday, 5-7pm, April 23 through June 11, 2023 at Brandywine Valley Church in Wilmington, Delaware. (We will not meet on May 7 or May 14 – Mother’s Day.) Registration is open through May 14, 2023.
Saturday Day Away/Retreat is on June 3 in the morning. This is a short morning retreat in the Brandywine Valley where we focus on all aspects of the Holy Spirit. The Day Away is about getting away from the busyness of everyday life so we can connect with each other and connect with God. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the Holy Spirit and how He acts in our lives. The day includes music, food, games, laughs, films, small group discussion and prayer. Attendance is optional, but all are encouraged to attend.

Alpha is free, but we suggest a $5 donation per person towards dinner.
