Do you follow the Brandywine School District (BSD) Calendar?

We follow BSD’s calendar in regard to major holidays and unforeseen school closings (see below).

How are school closures handled?

At the beginning of each school year, a calendar is issued to all parents, listing scheduled closures (i.e. holidays).  In the event of inclement weather, we follow the schedule of Brandywine School District (BSD). If BSD is open, we are open. If BSD is closed, we are closed.  If BSD has a 2-hour delay, we will open late. We will also post closings on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/BVCPreschool, and this website. In the event of a non-weather related emergency closing, each family will receive a phone call and email.
