The Missions Dinner takes place on Friday, February 17, 6:00-8:30p.m. Come enjoy a Ukrainian Dinner Feast. We will hear from our Ukrainian missionaries, Valik & Natasha Grushetskyy, and their family. The cost is $5 per person.
This year's special event will take place at the Grand Ballroom at the very back of the Mendenhall Inn property located at: 323 ROUTE 52 (KENNETT PIKE) , CHADDS FORD, PENNSYLVANIA 19357. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a children's program nor have childcare available. Because this event is planned for 2 1/2 hours, we kindly ask parents to use their best judgement when deciding to bring children to this event. The Ukrainian Dinner Feast Menu as follows:
Appetizer: Smoked Cold Kielbasa with Red Beet Horseradish.
Salad: Vinaigrette (beets, potatoes, celery, onions, peas, carrots and olive oil)
Main Dish: THREE CHOICES
- Ukrainian feast: includes Holubtsi (stuffed cabbage with pork/veal/rice mixture), Varenyky (Perogies, potato and potato & cheese), hot smoked kielbasa, and Haluski (noddles, onions, cabbage, bacon)
- Chicken Marsala
- Vegetarian/Gluten Free
Dessert: Lekvar Kiffles (pastry filled with nuts and fruit)
Deadline for purchasing tickets is Sunday, February 5. Capacity is limited and cannot be added after the registration deadline, so please register early!
