Love Vs. Corruption

We read in 1 Corinthians 13:6 that love does not does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Corruption entered the world through Satan in the Garden of Eden and it changed humanity. Pastor Todd explains the contrast between our corrupted human condition and a life characterized by love. We learn how to avoid corruption and how to live in truth.

From Series: "Love Vs."

This sermon series is based on 1 Corinthians 13:1-13. Love Vs. is a play on words, a reference to these biblical verses and a reference to the battle we face against the enemies of love. Topics for this eight-week series are: Love Versus status, hostility, envy, pride, stubbornness, resentment, corruption and abandonment. It is ultimately through our love that the world will know that we belong to Christ.

Standing with the Christ of Christmas

When Simeon holds the infant Jesus, he doesn’t speak a sentimental holiday blessing—he announces a battle. The birth of Christ launches the ultimate spiritual conflict that will divide the world, expose the heart and lead to the cross. Where do we stand as we prepare for Christmas? Pastor Nate Keeler shares "Standing with the Christ of Christmas" from Luke 2:25-35.

From Series: "Behind Enemy Lines"

This Advent series is not what you expect. This is not just a sweet nativity story, but it is the opening of a cosmic war where Christ invades enemy territory. This Advent, we are studying three stories that peel back the curtain on the unseen spiritual conflict surrounding the Incarnation and what it means for us today.
